The Kingston Humane society is special to me as it is where I got some training in my Vet Assistant course at St. Lawrence College!

THE DEMENTIA SOCIETY OF OTTAWA AND RENFREW COUNTY

Dementia is a heartbreaking memory disorder in which an induvidual can suffer from personality changes and impaired reasoning. This charity is close to my heart because my grandma is currently suffereing from its effects.

I have always admired birds both wild and domestic. Birds are some of the most intelligent and beautiful creatures on this planet.

LAND O' LAKES ANIMAL SANCTUARY

As a porject in my college course we had to choose a reputable charity to collect donations for. We chose Land O' Lakes because the owners are wonderful, caring and genuine people. They can always use some financial aid to improve life for the animals.
